The Platform provides users the ability to book tutoring sessions with tutors in various subjects. This service is intended to facilitate the scheduling of tutoring sessions between students and tutors in a streamlined manner. All services are offered free of charge, and the Platform does not process any payments.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, whether a student or tutor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration and when booking or offering services.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

 

You are solely responsible for the information and content you provide through the Platform.

 

4. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability. While no payment is involved, we encourage both students and tutors to maintain professionalism by:

• Providing notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. A heads-up of at least 24 hours is appreciated, but we understand that situations may arise where this is not possible.

• Rescheduling missed sessions at your convenience through the Platform.

If a session is missed without prior notice, both parties are encouraged to communicate and find a suitable time to reschedule.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, its availability, or the information, content, or materials included on the Platform.

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
